Pickup & Drop-Off Notifications
Please
call or text us when you are on your way
for every pickup and drop-off.
Because Tampa Bay Canine Retreat operates
from a structured residential environment,
advance notice gives us time to prepare for your arrival
and safely manage the other pups currently in our care.

Special Pickup & Drop-Off Accommodations
We know real life does not always fit neatly
into scheduled windows.
If you need a pickup or drop-off outside
of our standard schedule,
special accommodations may be available.
Please reach out as early as possible so we can determine
whether the requested time can be accommodated
without disrupting the care, training, rest,
or safety of the pups already with us.

Communication & Client Satisfaction
Our relationships with our clients matter deeply to us,
and so do the pups entrusted to our care.
If you are unhappy with anything,
have a concern, notice something that does not feel right,
or simply have a question,
please tell us.
We want the opportunity to understand what happened,
answer your questions, and make things right
whenever we reasonably can.
Your feedback helps us continually improve
the experience we provide to both pups and their families.

Daycare & Daycare-and-Train Scheduling
Families participating in our daycare
or Daycare & Train programs should coordinate
their expected schedule with us on Sundays whenever possible.
Please let us know which days and approximate
arrival times you are planning for the upcoming week.
Advance scheduling helps us manage group size,
training sessions, activities, staffing needs,
and each dog's individual routine.
We understand schedules change.
Just keep us updated and we will do our best
to accommodate adjustments.

Complimentary Bath for Boarding Stays
Boarding stays of
three nights or longer
may receive a complimentary bath before heading home.
Complimentary baths are subject to availability
and our boarding, training, daycare,
and grooming workload at the time of your pup's departure.
We will always do our best to send your pup home
fresh, clean, and ready for reunion cuddles.

Sunday Rest & Reset Day
Sundays are
Rest & Reset Day
at Tampa Bay Canine Retreat.
We are closed to the public on Sundays,
but the pups staying with us continue receiving
the same attentive care, supervision,
enrichment, meals, routines, and love
they receive every other day.

Standard pickups and drop-offs are not scheduled on Sundays.

Sunday pickups and drop-offs may be available
by special accommodation.

Sunday accommodations must be approved in advance.

One pup update will be sent on Sundays.

Additional updates are always available upon request.

Payments
Zelle is our preferred payment method.
We can accommodate several other payment methods as well.
If Zelle is not convenient for you,
simply ask and we will let you know which options
are available for your reservation or program.

Deposits & Reservations
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit reserves specific calendar dates
for your pup. Once those dates are reserved,
availability is removed from our calendar
and the space is held specifically for your family.
Deposits are considered earned at the time of booking
for reserving your scheduled dates.
