De-Shedding Treatment

A robe, supported lounging, body and face massage, and quiet individual attention. Optional touches may include a body roller, head-scratcher, or cool cucumber pads when tolerated.
Music, comfortable positioning, breaks, and your dog’s preferences guide the session.

Daycare includes one complimentary bath per week when your dog attends three or more days that week. Can I book a Spa-only appointment?
No. Individual Spa services, packages, and the Luxury Pamper Ritual are add-ons to a qualifying TBCR daycare, boarding, or training reservation.
Can I choose just one service?
Yes. You can select an individual service instead of a package, provided it accompanies a qualifying Retreat reservation.
How is the final price determined?
Size, coat length and condition, requested style, handling needs, and time involved can affect the price. We discuss substantially additional work and charges with you before proceeding.
Does Ultimate Spa Day include a full haircut?
It includes a face and paw tidy. A complete custom body haircut is a separate add-on priced according to coat, size, style, and workload.
What if my dog is uncomfortable with grooming?
Tell us about their handling history before the visit. We adapt the pace and use breaks. A non-essential procedure may be paused, modified, or stopped if your dog is too uncomfortable to continue.
Is Spa care already included in my dog’s stay?
Boarding stays of three nights or longer may receive a complimentary bath, subject to availability and our care and grooming workload. Daycare includes one complimentary bath per week when your dog attends three or more days that week. Training packages include a Spa package. Ask which benefit applies before selecting additional services.
Can Spa care treat a medical concern?
Spa services provide routine grooming and hygiene, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Discuss skin, ear, dental, or other health concerns with your veterinarian and share any existing care instructions with TBCR.
How do I add Spa care to a reservation?
Call TBCR with your reservation details and requested services. We’ll discuss your dog’s needs, the appropriate option, scheduling, and pricing.
