Meet the Founders of Tampa Bay Canine Retreat
Jeremy & Amber Lynn
Tampa Bay Canine Retreat was built to help dogs and their families create calmer, more reliable behavior through structure, communication, thoughtful care, and real-world training.
Based in Lutz, Florida, we serve families throughout Tampa Bay who want a more personal approach to training, boarding, and everyday life with their dogs.

A More Personal Model for Dog Training & Care
Many families come to us after feeling overwhelmed by leash pulling, puppy chaos, poor manners, reactivity, anxiety, or behavior that simply has not improved with generic advice.
Structure creates stability.
Tampa Bay Canine Retreat was created as a more focused alternative to high-volume environments. Dogs train, learn, play, rest, and live within a structured residential setting where individual attention and practical repetition are part of everyday life.
Our larger mission is not simply to create a dog who knows commands. It is to strengthen the relationship between pup and parent by creating clearer communication, greater trust, and routines both sides can understand.
Training Built Around Real Life
Dogs do not live in training sessions. They live in homes, walk through neighborhoods, greet visitors, settle around family, encounter distractions, and move through the routines of everyday life.
That is the environment our training is designed to prepare them for.

Meet Jeremy & Amber Lynn
Each founder brings a distinct focus to the work, while sharing the same goal: helping dogs become calmer, more confident, more connected members of their families.
Jeremy Lynn
Structure. Clarity. Control.
Jeremy focuses on obedience training, leash manners, behavior modification, and helping dogs build more reliable responses in real-world environments.
His work emphasizes consistent communication, practical handling, household structure, and creating skills that families can continue after formal training ends.
Amber Lynn
Foundation. Confidence. Engagement.
Amber focuses on puppy development, early structure, engagement, confidence building, and helping young dogs develop strong habits from the beginning.
Her approach also brings close observation, individualized care, and thoughtful relationship-building into each dog’s daily experience.
Training That Carries Into Real Life
The goal is not temporary performance during a session. We want dogs and families to develop communication, habits, and routines that continue working in the places that matter most.
Clear Communication
Dogs improve when expectations are consistent, understandable, and reinforced through daily structure.
Calm Repetition
Reliable behavior is built through repetition, routine, and controlled exposure rather than chaos or guesswork.
Owner Follow-Through
Training works best when families understand how to maintain communication and structure after the program ends.
