Graduate-Only Doggy Daycare in Tampa Bay
Structured daycare for Tampa Bay Canine Retreat training graduates and dogs currently boarding with us.
Our daycare is intentionally different from overcrowded, high-noise daycare facilities. Tampa Bay Canine Retreat offers a calm, structured, home-based environment where approved dogs can enjoy supervised play, enrichment, rest, and routine.
To protect the stability of the group, daycare is only available to dogs who have successfully graduated from a TBCR obedience training program or dogs currently boarding with us. New daycare dogs are not accepted unless they have completed obedience-level training or higher.

Daycare Is Limited to Approved Dogs
This policy keeps the daycare group safer, calmer, and more predictable. Dogs entering daycare must already understand basic structure and handling expectations.
Training Graduates
Available to dogs who have successfully completed a Tampa Bay Canine Retreat obedience program, including basic obedience Daycare & Train.
Boarding Guests
Available to dogs boarding with us when group fit, temperament, and safety allow participation.
No Open Enrollment
We do not accept new daycare-only dogs unless they have graduated from an approved TBCR training program.
Simple Daily Rate
Structured daycare includes supervised play, enrichment, rest periods, filtered water, updates, and routine care throughout the day.
Daily Daycare Rate
$35 for up to 10 hours
A full structured daycare day for approved TBCR graduates or eligible boarding guests.
Extended Daycare
$5 per hour after 10 hours
Extended care is available when scheduling allows. Additional hourly pricing applies after the first 10 hours each day.
Structured Daycare Without the Chaos
Our daycare is not built around maximum volume. It is built around fit, familiarity, structure, and emotional stability.

Dogs enjoy supervised indoor and outdoor time, enrichment, play, nap periods, filtered water, and guided routine in a calm home-based environment.
The goal is not nonstop stimulation. The goal is healthy play, appropriate rest, emotional regulation, and a better overall daycare experience.

A Full Day of Structured Fun
Dogs can run, play, explore, rest, and participate in enrichment based on temperament, weather, energy level, and group fit.
Outdoor Play
Large fenced backyard, balls, frisbees, ropes, chase games, lounge time, and supervised free movement.
Water Play
Splash pad and in-ground doggy pool access when appropriate for weather, safety, and dog comfort.
Agility & Confidence
Agility equipment, obstacle work, novel objects, and confidence-building activities.
Enrichment Games
Puzzle games, hide-and-seek treats, art projects, toys, calm problem-solving, and mental engagement.
Rest & Regulation
Nap time, crate rest, puppy meditation, soothing music, calm mat work, and relaxation periods.
Updates
Multiple updates throughout the day so you know what your dog is doing and how they are feeling.
Structured Routine Throughout the Day
The schedule may shift based on weather, energy level, temperament, training needs, and boarding routines, but the day is built around predictable structure.
Morning Routine
Potty breaks, filtered water, breakfast when applicable, calm sit/wait practice, light social play, and supervised observation.
Midday Enrichment
Puzzle games, snack breaks, water breaks, manners reinforcement, play rotations, and rest periods to prevent overstimulation.
Afternoon Reset
Cool-down play, nap time, confidence-building, gentle handling practice, obstacle work, and calm transitions.
Evening Wind-Down
Final potty breaks, hydration, calm social time, place practice, brushing or massage when appropriate, and relaxed end-of-day routines.
Training Reinforcement
We reinforce manners already learned through TBCR training, including calm greetings, thresholds, place, recall, and self-control.
Flexible Structure
Dogs are guided by routine, but we also follow the individual dog’s needs, energy level, comfort, and emotional state.
Add Spa Services to Daycare
Spa services may be added to eligible daycare visits so your dog can go home clean, refreshed, and comfortable after a full day at the Retreat.
Freshen Up After Daycare
Add a light refresh, bath, nail care, or a full spa package when scheduling allows.
